By booking for the AV3/ordering through this website you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions:

When booking accommodation at The Thistle Hotel, please note that if you do not provide credit card details, a non-returnable deposit per adult is required for your room booking.

Note: No monies are deducted from credit/debit cards for accommodation until checkout or cancellation.

When the Thistle Grand Hotel Bristol is full, Hotelsmart (acting on behalf of The Alternative View) will arrange similar suitable accommodation in nearby Hotels at rates similar or equivalent to those on offer at the Conference hotel. You will of course be consulted before alternative arrangements are made on your behalf.

Delegates are responsible for all room payments during the Conference, and will be liable for any cancellation charges should any of the people on the booking form not attend the Conference.

Please note that, with the exception of venue staff, all persons on-site must be members of the AV3 Conference, and be registered with AV3

The Alternative View/AV3 and its partners film much of the Conference, and you and your party agree to allow such footage to be used without payment in any audio-visual productions.

Audio and Video recording of any part of the event is strictly prohibited unless prior permission has been granted in writing by the organisers.

Still photography is not permitted during any presentation by anyone other than designated 'Event Photographers'. Photographs from the event will be uploaded on The Alternative View website at a later date.

The Alternative View/AV3 reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone without reason.

Any person found behaving in an unlawful manner, causing a nuisance or disrupting the event will be ejected from the Conference without refund.

Potential refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and are entirely at the discretion of the organisers and subject to an administration charge.

The Alternative View/AV3 accepts no responsibility for arrangements made by attendees with third parties.

All guest speakers appear subject to work and personal commitments and may only appear for one day or part of one day during the conference. This is why we recommend you treat the Conference as weekend break and join us for the entire event.
